Limited Warranty

United Furniture Source warrants that goods sold comply with the description given in this Warranty. All parts and products have the manufacturer’s limited warranty for one year. This warranty is for one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not general wear and tear due to improper use. All products are carefully crafted by hand and will last long for your enjoyment with proper care.

To exercise rights under this warranty, proper documentation, i.e., photography, purchase order number, manufacturer's law label, Purchase receipt, and or any other pertinent information upon request is required to process a claim with the manufacturing partner.
United Furniture Source may reject claims if improper maintenance, improper handling, or improper use caused the damage.

Recommended Care Tips For Upholstery

Clean soiled spots immediately with mild soap, diluted in clean lukewarm water and on a soft, clean towel. Always try to clean in a small hidden area first. For stubborn stains: consult a professional upholstery cleaning company. Do not use bleach, or strong detergent. Use of these materials with chemicals may harm and/or discolor the upholstery. Keep ink, fluids, bodily oils, chemicals, and sharp objects away from upholstery. Exposure of leather or fabric to direct sunlight or extreme light sources may cause fading and/or damages. Do not use any heat lamps or hair dryers on leather or fabric.

Customer Repairs and Operation

United Furniture Source cannot accept responsibility for damages caused or injuries sustained that may result from the attempt of a "self-repair" by a Consumer and or attempting to tamper with the mechanisms when in operation.

General Product Care & Handling Guidance

Furniture will last longer and perform better when preventive maintenance is practiced. Furniture in daily use is exposed to various elements such as body oils, perspiration, general wear, and color transfer from clothing.
It is important to keep the space in which your furniture is placed adequately humidified. Furniture does best in environments with moderate temperature and humidity. Therefore, your furniture should not sit near heating or air conditioning units. These can remove necessary moisture from your furniture, dry it out, and may cause cracks or splits.
To minimize fading, avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight.

Fabric

Fabric has natural wrinkles as well as color and texture variations. Fabric should be dusted regularly with a vacuum — avoid using chemical cleaners. Most importantly, remember to never rub a stain on fabric. Always dab it out with a slightly damp cloth.

Leather

Please note that no two pieces of leather are the same; they all have different textures, tones, and backgrounds. There are three main characteristics or “blemishes” of natural leather: scratches, wrinkles, and scars.

Wood

Wood is a natural product. Sun bleaching will occur when wood furniture is exposed to sunlight. This may cause darker finishes to lighten and sometimes cause lighter finishes to darken. For this reason, try to avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight and rearrange accessories from time to time to prevent spot bleaching.
For daily maintenance, use clean and soft cotton rags or cloths to wipe off dust on the surface along the grain. Never use damp rags and never use anything with a hard surface to rub onto the furniture. Always keep the surface clear of any acid or chemical substances.
To avoid any damages, defects, or issues from occurring, refrain from stacking large and/or heavy objects on top of the furniture.
